At Nexus Badminton, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear. If your racket, shoes, or apparel aren't a perfect match, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Equipment
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all racket head covers, tags, and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our sports specialists verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
