Do you provide professional racket stringing services?
Yes, we offer professional stringing services using electronic machines. You can select your preferred string type and tension (lbs) directly on the product page before adding a racket to your cart.
How do I know if a racket is genuine?
Nexus Badminton is an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, including Yonex, Victor, and Li-Ning. Every racket comes with a unique serial number and a holographic sticker that can be verified on the manufacturer's official website.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
Can I return a racket after I have used it?
We only accept returns for rackets in brand-new, unused condition with the original plastic wrap on the handle. Once a racket has been strung or used in play, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I choose the right grip size?
Most of our rackets come in standard G5 (small) or G4 (medium) sizes. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing G5, as you can always increase the thickness by adding an overgrip.
